About the project

The Olymp Residence club house is a three-storey new building designed in a classical style with elements of the decor of Ancient Greece, in which all the conditions for a comfortable life and rest have been created.

Where is located

CD Olymp Residence in Almaty is being built in a quiet microdistrict Tau-Samal along Olimpiyskaya Street, 9, just two kilometers from Dostyk Avenue. This is a mountainous area with good ecology and no noisy highways next to the new building, there are many green spaces around and mainly private cottage-type houses are concentrated. Although this is a secluded part of the city, from here you can easily and quickly get to the bustling center of Almaty.

The ten-point seismic resistance of the building is provided by a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and a monolithic foundation. The use of energy-saving technologies can reduce the cost of housing maintenance and provide the required level of comfort.

External walls made of red brick are insulated with a durable heat insulator. For cladding the facade, clinker bricks with the addition of travertine are used. The pitched roof is covered with tiles.

Panoramic windows are installed in an aluminum profile with energy-saving double-glazed windows. Some apartments have large outdoor terraces.

The new building is equipped with modern central communications, fire alarms, and the necessary technological equipment.

Inland

The new building is located in a closed area, round-the-clock security is provided, video surveillance cameras are installed.

In the courtyard, a guest parking is being installed, and a ground parking is also being built. A children's playground with slides and swings is being built, and a small WorkOut zone with outdoor exercise equipment is provided for sports training. Comfortable recreation areas with gazebos and benches are being set up for residents and guests of the Olimp Residence complex, there will even be a barbecue area.
