New building location

Universal City residential complex in Baku is located in the Khatai district near the intersection of Zikh highway and Ramiz Guliyev street, 500 meters from the sea. The complex is located in the second line of houses, to the highway at least 150 meters, and the railway passes 700 meters. Nearby there is a large industrial enterprise. Parameters and features of the complex

LCD "Universal City" is a sixteen-storey one-section house designed in the classical style, decorated with stucco molding, as well as elegant small balconies and loggias with delicate metal protective fences. Window openings are large and provide a high degree of insolation of the premises.

The building will have a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation and frame. The walls are built of red ceramic bricks, the facade is insulated with mineral wool thermal insulator. As a facing material decorative plaster and natural aglay stone are used.

House Universal City LCD connects to the gas pipeline and other central utilities of the city, with the exception of hot water and heating. Entrance groups are equipped with intercom systems, one passenger and one low-noise high-speed freight elevator are installed in each entrance.

Improvement of the local area

The complex will be closed to outsiders, a video surveillance system is being installed. The developer is building a safe, modern playground and a comfortable sitting area, planting trees and ornamental plants. Near the house and in the courtyard, modern lanterns are installed, decorated in a style corresponding to the architectural appearance of the new building.
