Architecture and parameters of the complex

LCD Park Chinar-3 is a seven-story apartment building designed in the classic French style. Robust monolithic reinforced concrete frame provides high seismic resistance of the structure and allows the developer to offer newcomers a wider selection of housing plans. External walls are insulated with an effective heat insulator. The upper floor is in the form of an attic. The facade is faced with aglay stone, it is decorated with half columns and decorative elements.

The building is equipped with:
