Where is located

BINA MTK residential complex in Baku is located in Narimanov district within the boundaries of Khan Shushinsky, Hasan Aliyev, Azadlig and Mohsum Sanani avenues. The sea coast is about four kilometers away.

Environment

The new building is located in a modern neighborhood with excellent infrastructure. Nasimi bazaar is 800 meters away, next to the residential complex there are several various shops, a chain supermarket, trendy restaurants and cozy cafes, a large shopping center, bank branches and a post office. Within a kilometer there is the Zorge Park, Koala Park and the Baku Zoo. The Tofig Bakhramov stadium is just over one and a half kilometers away.

A ten to fifteen minute walk from the BINA MTK complex is the Grand Clinic, the City Hospital, the University Hospital, the Paramed Clinic, the New Med Hospital and several other medical institutions with pharmacies, as well as dental offices.

There are many kindergartens and educational institutions not far from the new building. Within a kilometer radius there are schools №258, №47, №42 and №36, Azerbaijan Academy of Labor and Social Relations, Azerbaijan State Economic University, Medical University, Institute of Hematology, Zam Zam kindergarten.

Transport connection

Public transport is well established near the new building BINA MTK. Nearby there are about a dozen bus routes - their movement is organized with a minimum interval of 5-8 minutes. The stop is no more than 200 meters. The Ganjlik metro station is located at a distance of one and a half kilometers. The Baku-Passenger railway station is 3.5 km away, and the international airport can be reached in half an hour.

Complex characteristics

Residential complex "BINA MTK" consists of two houses with a height of sixteen floors, designed in a classic style. Buildings are built using monolithic frame technology, have high seismic resistance and good energy efficiency. During construction, environmentally friendly materials are used. The outer walls are insulated, which guarantees high sound and thermal insulation of the home.

The facade is faced with stone and decorated with semi-columns. The lower levels of the new building, where the objects of its own infrastructure will be located, have continuous glazing from ceiling to floor.

The houses are equipped with modern technological equipment and high-quality engineering communications connected to the city network. The heating system is individual. Silent freight and passenger lifts are installed in each section of BINA MTK. The complex has an emergency power supply system and a spare generator. The new building is gasified.

The territory inside

The improvement of the local area includes its landscape gardening. Near the residential complex, pedestrian paths and driveways for special vehicles are being laid. Playgrounds for children of different ages are being built on the territory. Lanterns are being installed and recreation areas are being set up.

A large underground parking is being built for the residents' cars in the complex, and ground parking is being set up for guest vehicles.

The new complex BINA MTK presents apartments with one-, two-, three-, four-room comfortable layouts and ceilings of 3.3 meters. All apartments have non-glazed balconies with wrought iron railings.
