Architecture

LCD "Hyunyar Gyullyari" consists of two houses in a modern style twenty floors high, which are built on a single stylobate.

Each building has a strong reinforced concrete frame and a flat roof covered with soft roll waterproofing. Buildings have excellent seismic resistance and can withstand an earthquake of 8 points on the Richter scale. Only 30 percent of the complex’s area is occupied by residential premises, the rest of the space is reserved for its own infrastructure and office space.

New buildings are being constructed using monolithic-frame technology, the walls of houses are built of silicate brick. Facade insulation with a durable environmentally friendly heat insulator provides high energy efficiency that meets modern requirements. The houses are lined with hinged ventilated systems.

Each Huner Qulleleri building has three high-speed elevators from the Swiss manufacturer Schindler Group. Central engineering communications, including heating and gas, are connected to the skyscrapers, an intercom system is installed, there is a spare generator and a reserve water tank. The new building has a chute with automatic cleaning and a special vacuum system.

On the ground floor there is a spacious lobby with a total area of ​​403 square meters. m with natural light, which is decorated in accordance with the design project in bright colors. The concierge service also works here.

In addition to all utilities, the Internet and satellite TV are also connected.

REHAU metal-plastic windows with energy-saving glazing are installed in apartments. The project does not provide for glazing of balconies.
