About the project

The April project is a modern comfort-class residential complex with a closed territory and internal infrastructure. Darnytsia Railway Station is a 15-minute walk away, where the city train and intercity trains pass. Right next to the house there is a stop for trams №22, №25 and №28D, buses №51 and №63, as well as minibuses №422, №503, №513 and №516. The center of Kiev will take 25 minutes by car or about an hour by public transport.

There are three walking areas around the house: Tarashchanets Park, Square and Darnytsia House of Culture Park. In 12 minutes you will walk along Sanatorna Street to the Partisan Glory Park, which has recently been renovated - there is the Seiklar Rope Park, lakes, playgrounds, picnic areas, a fountain and a café.

Within a radius of 1 km, a №127 school and a private gymnasium "Europe" are open for children. There is a large selection of kindergartens: №367 "Chestnut", №256, №275 "Dolphin", private "Grain". In their free time, children will be interested in attending classes at the House of Culture or at the Art School №11.
