Architecture features

RC “Park City” is a modern eighteen-story building designed in the Art Nouveau style. The building has five sections with an earthquake-resistant monolithic frame made of reinforced concrete. The external walls are made of bricks, the facade is insulated with an environmentally friendly mineral wool heat insulator, which also performs the function of protection against noise.
