The monolithic-frame seven-sectional house reaches fourteen floors in height. The new building was designed taking into account local climatic features and seismic activity of the region. The external walls are made of brick, the facade is insulated with an environmentally friendly heat insulator, which guarantees good sound and heat insulation of the housing.
