Residential complex “Park Hill” - cozy houses with spacious apartments located near Fountains Square in the center of the White City.

Location

The Park Hill residential complex in Baku is located on Yaver Aliyev Street, six and a half kilometers from the city hall. The new building is located in a quiet place away from noisy motorways and industrial areas.

Surrounding infrastructure

Near the complex is a business center. Baku French Lyceum is seven hundred meters, and to secondary schools No. 56 and No. 58 one and a half kilometers. A ten minute walk is the Kaspi Lyceum and a large shopping center.

Transport accessibility

It takes only five minutes to get to the public ground transportation stop on Nobel Avenue. There are four bus routes. Metro "Shah Ismail Khatai" is one and a half kilometers.

Architecture

Park Hill residential complex consists of two seven-story houses, designed taking into account the local climate and the seismic activity of the region.

The houses are being constructed using a monolithic frame technology, the walls of buildings are built of red ceramic bricks. The facades are insulated with a mineral wool durable heat insulator and are lined with hinged ventilated systems coated with ceramic granite tiles. In each new building, a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. Such a frame provides high earthquake resistance and contributes to an increase in housing layout options.

Large windows are glazed with energy-saving double-glazed windows in metal-plastic binders and provide the necessary level of comfort, as well as a high degree of insolation of the room. The apartments have open unglazed balconies with metal fencing.

The buildings are equipped with:

- emergency power supply system operating from a spare electric generator;

- silent passenger-and-freight elevators of high loading capacity;

- fire alarm system;

- intercoms.

Territory inside

The buildings are located in such a way that they form a courtyard closed from outsiders. A security service is organized on the territory, 24-hour video surveillance cameras and lights are installed.

In the center of the courtyard, a modern play area with a safe surface is being built, around which there is an adult relaxation area. Wide passages are laid along the perimeter of buildings and ground places for temporary parking of cars are organized. A two-level underground parking is under construction with a number of places significantly exceeding the number of apartments in the complex. Trees are planted, lawns are broken.

The lower floors house shops, offices and a fitness center.

Realization and parameters of apartments

The developer sells real estate for cash, but the sale of housing by installments and mortgages is possible on an individual basis.

The complex offers apartments in two-, three-, four- and five-room layout. In the presence of spacious housing ranging from 75 to 302 m2.
