LCD "AQP MTK" in Baku is located in the White City microdistrict on Yaver Aliyev Street. LCD AQP MTK is a seven-story building designed in the style of the old Parisian quarters. The top floor of the house is decorated in the form of an attic. The building is decorated with open balconies with elegant wrought iron and stone fences, on the penultimate floor, the balcony runs along the entire facade.

The house is revetted with natural aglay stone and decorated with stucco molding. The new building has a monolithic frame and energy-efficient walls, which provides a large selection of apartments with a variety of ergonomic layouts that do not require large maintenance costs.
