About the project

İnşaat Konstruksiyaları residential complex - two high-rise buildings with large comfortable apartments, designed in a style that combines European classics of the early twentieth century and local architectural traditions.

Location

ZhK İnşaat Konstruksiyaları in Baku is located in the village of Zabrat along M. Abbasova Street, nineteen kilometers from the city center. In the vicinity of the new building, good ecology, there are no plants and noisy highways nearby.

Four hundred meters from the new building there is a chain supermarket, a six-minute walk there is a shopping center and a grocery store. Secondary school number 81 and a half kilometers.

Transport accessibility

Architecture

ZhK İnşaat Konstruksiyaları consists of two seventeen-story three-section buildings with a flat non-operating roof and a top floor decorated in the form of an attic. Cases are built on advanced technologies from environmentally friendly materials.

High seismic resistance of the structure is achieved due to the strong reinforced concrete monolithic frame and foundation. The walls of the buildings are constructed of red ceramic bricks, the facades are insulated with mineral wool heat insulator. The buildings are cladding with hinged ventilated panels; houses are decorated with arched windows and pointed domes.

Each apartment has a classic open unglazed balcony with metal openwork fencing, as well as panoramic windows decorated in the form of French balconies. The buildings are equipped with:

- silent high-speed elevators - one passenger and cargo-passenger in each entrance;

- emergency power supply system with a backup generator;

- fire extinguishing system;

- modern utilities, including a gas pipeline.

The complex has central and individual heating.

About beautification

The buildings are located along the perimeter of the construction site and form an inner courtyard isolated from the street with a closed territory. Here, CCTV cameras are installed, a large comfortable recreation area with artificial ponds is equipped, on which walking alleys are laid and children's playgrounds are arranged. Lawns are broken, trees and shrubs are planted.

Along the perimeter of the buildings pedestrian paths are laid, covered with paving slabs and wide driveways, designed for special vehicles and cars. Street lights are being installed, a sports ground is being built.

The project provides for the construction of an underground parking lot, and parking spaces are allocated next to the buildings.

Housing stock

Apartments are sold without decoration, the cost of housing includes the installation of entrance doors and glazing of windows with energy-saving double-glazed windows. The apartments have satellite TV, Internet and intercom system lines. Available modern housing ranging from 56 to 118 m2 with one-, two- and three-room layouts.
