About the project

Aquarelle-2 is a residential complex in the Kyiv district of Odessa. The authors envisage the construction of one six-section house with a height of 18-19 floors, which creates an enclosed space with everything necessary for a quiet and comfortable life. Within the framework of the Aquarelle-2 residential project, the internal infrastructure is planned, represented by office and commercial premises. A basketball court will be set up in the very center of the complex, and children's playgrounds, workout complexes and green recreation areas will be installed in the yard. Underground parking is provided for car owners, and guest parking lots will be created along the perimeter of the complex.

Infrastructure

The complex is located between the Heavenly Hundred Avenue and Architectural Street, near one of the main highways of Odessa - the presence of a developed transport interchange allows you to quickly get anywhere in the city. The journey from here to Lustdorf - one of the most popular beaches in the "southern capital" of the country - will take you no more than 10 minutes. The road to the center of Odessa will take 40 minutes by car. You can reach the International Airport in half an hour.

Due to the fact that this neighborhood is being built with new complexes and is developing rapidly, residents will have access to all the necessary infrastructure nearby. Construction and grocery markets, Epicenter K and METRO Cash & Carry hypermarkets are within walking distance. Also nearby, the developer has begun construction of a new shopping center "Aquarelle", which plans to open branded clothing and equipment stores, service area and services, cafes and fast food restaurants, a new format eco-market and a children's entertainment center.
