About the project

The residential complex Erste Haus stands out from the rest of the buildings of the microdistrict with the design of facades with panoramic glazing of windows, balconies and loggias. The facades of the two lower floors contrast with the upper: the lower are painted in dark brown, the upper - in bright yellow, white and beige.
