About the project
KYIVPROEKT City Space is a reconstruction of the building of the former design institute "Kyivproekt" into a modern multifunctional space with residential, commercial, social and educational components. The project aims to create a new ecosystem in the center of Kyiv, in which architecture, design, art and technology will harmoniously complement each other.
The architectural idea is based on Bauhaus principles, which are as close as possible to Kyiv modernism - functionalism (the shape of buildings is determined by their main functions), the symbiosis of architecture and art, the integrity of geometric shapes, harmony between commercial and social spaces.
The commercial and social parts of the complex are represented by an 8-storey section, which will include eight functional zones. The residential part is a 24-storey section with 272 apartments. The windows of the apartments offer beautiful views of the city, public areas are filled with greenery all year round, and the house itself provides for the introduction of modern technologies for a comfortable life.
