About the project
Greenville is a combination of living space with a park area in the center of the city. To avoid monotonous buildings in the center of Kyiv, the architects used height differences and different storeys of sections of the complex. The design will use the contrast of finishing materials so that the facades do not merge into a single canvas.
The common stylobate part will be a commercial area, where shops, a supermarket, beauty salons, bank branches and useful services for the comfort of residents will be opened. The roof of the stylobate will be a place for walks along the alleys with landscaping.
Infrastructure
Greenville is being built in the Pechersk district - one of the business and cultural parts of Kyiv. Near the complex there are office buildings, universities, museums and galleries.
At approximately the same distance, 13-15 minutes walk from Greenville, there are 7 supermarkets: 3 "Silpo", 2 "Bee Market", "Eco Market" and "Furshet", and in 10 minutes by car you can reach Novus. A 7-minute drive to Ocean Plaza with shops, restaurants, cafes, a cinema and a public aquarium, and a 13-minute drive to Gulliver Mall.
A kindergarten will be built for families with small children on the territory of the complex. Also within walking distance of Pechersk kindergartens: 14 minutes to Newtone Kids and №228, 17 minutes to kindergarten №728 and №457 "Bunny". Older children can choose a school, additional language programs or development courses nearby.
