The company was founded in 2016 as Riverside Development. This name was symbolic for our team: we developed the areas near the Dnieper and started working on the first large-scale project - the residential area RYBALSKY, located on the Fishing Peninsula. Later, the project portfolio was replenished with new conceptual objects, and the name Riverside Development became too small for us. In 2018, we chose another name - SAGA Development.
For each of our employees, the word SAGA means something different. A saga is a story that unites different people. This is a story that never ends. It is an opportunity to say your own word that future generations will hear. Today, SAGA Development is part of a large ecosystem that includes partners and contractors, current and potential investors, municipalities and urban communities. We strive to bring together honest players who share common values, culture and the goal of improving cities.
