About the project

SAGA City Space is a project in the Urban Hub format, which combines residential and public spaces. The complex is divided into sections of different storeys - three-storey business and seven-storey residential.

The SAGA City Space business center faces Sagaidachnoho Street and fits into the historic buildings with its rhythm, small storeys and color palette, but without imitating the architecture of previous years. Perforated brickwork will decorate the facades. In addition to the appearance, the peculiarity of the brick is that the house will "glow from the inside" - in the dark it will be a decorative illumination of the building.

Residential and business parts of the complex are connected by pedestrian galleries. The residential part is located in the depths of the site, from where the height of the building will not disturb the ensemble of the surrounding historic buildings. The facades of the living area will also be made of perforated brick.

Infrastructure

Podil is the heart of Kyiv, a district known not only for its old streets and architectural monuments, but also for its infrastructure: restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs, for which people come from all over Kyiv. To continue the dynamics of the infrastructure of the district, in the three-storey part of the complex there are areas for coworking, a concert hall, office space, restaurants and cafes. New formats are constantly opening in Podil, so the residents of SAGA City Space will always be aware of the development of the gastronomic map of the capital.

Groceries can be reached on foot rather than by car: nearby Silpo and Billa supermarkets, as well as shops of elite spirits, farm and eco-products. 15 minutes walk to the Rye Market, where you can always find household goods, fresh fruits, vegetables, farm products, spices and dried fruits.

Within a radius of 10 minutes on foot, 5 preschool institutions are open: preschool centers №307, №120, №16, №676 "Sonechko" and private kindergarten "Kuzya". To other kindergartens of the district by car 5-10 minutes. Also within walking distance of schools and lyceums.
