About the project

In the immediate vicinity of the renovated Črnuška bajer, the project company ZL Living is starting the construction of the second part of the residential complex. Lagom Črnuški bajer, with 150 apartments in six buildings in the first phase and an additional 100 apartments in four buildings in the second phase, will offer a new home to young couples, families and the elderly.

The emerging Lagom Črnuški bajer will be an urban residential neighborhood consisting of 6 buildings with 150 apartments and 4 buildings with 100 apartments. The buildings will have four floors, and a total of seven floors — in addition to the four floors, there are also two basement floors and a ground floor. In this way, the residential complex will blend in with the surroundings and the green edge of the forest in which it is embedded.

The apartments will be available in different sizes — from 30m² to 135m², with different floor plans and with different number of rooms. Among them will be both smaller, one-room apartments, as well as spacious four-room apartments in one-story or duplex design. A few ground floor units will have a green atrium, while the rest of the apartments will have loggias or spacious terraces with an open view of the surroundings.

Lagom means just right

The second part of the green residential neighborhood, which is planned to be habitable in the autumn/winter of 2024, takes its name from the Swedish philosophy of balanced life, lagom or our way — just right. According to ZL Living, the name was chosen based on the location, architectural design and lifestyle that the new neighborhood will provide; nothing too much or too little, everything just right.
