About the project

The multi-apartment building "Barjanka" will be located in a unique location in the area of the Trnovské suburb, right next to the Murgle settlement. Just a stone's throw from the city center and yet in a very quiet area, directly next to the PST and import to the AC connection. The location offers plenty of opportunities to spend time in nature. There is a school, kindergarten and many shops nearby...

Parking will be arranged in the basement of the building. Installation preparation for slow charging of electric cars is provided in the garage.

In the basement floor there will be storage rooms for all apartments.

The source of heating energy is a condensing gas boiler, which is installed in the boiler room in the basement of the staircase of lamella A and provides heating energy for heating the building and hot sanitary water.

The entrance plaza with intensive greenery acts as a filter that ensures intimacy and protects the residential units from the effects of the city's encroachment. In the northern part of the land under lamella B, there is a children's playground on a suitable surface.

The outdoor areas intended for residents are fenced with a 120 cm high wire fence and are not publicly accessible.
