About the project

A single-entry 25-storey residential building, on the banks of the Ob River and overlooking the embankment, with built-in public facilities and an underground and above-ground parking lot, from Obskaya in the Oktyabrsky district of the city of Novosibirsk. On the 1st floor of the house are located: a grocery store, administrative premises, a hairdresser.

The volume of the residential tower forms the vertical dominant of the complex and the surrounding buildings. The high-rise solution of the building is caused by the desire to minimize the building area of ​​the building, giving most of the territory for improvement and landscaping. Buildings of a house and a hotel harmoniously fit into the existing buildings and successfully complement the river facade of the city. The volume of the residential building, on the contrary, is distinguished by the dark vertical elements of the division of the facade, which, together with the vertically stained-glass glazed loggias, creates a dynamic, upward-looking image of the building. The dark solution of the vertical elements of the facade visually reduces the large volume of the apartment building, giving the building a whiter, more sophisticated look.
