About the project

ANDERSEN II estate

is a 5-story building. It is being built in a quiet part of Ząbki at ul. Andersen 45 right next to the forest. The location of the estate provides quick access to the full urban infrastructure expected by residents. Nearby, they will find: shops, a pharmacy, kindergartens, a primary school (a new primary school is planned to be built in the second part of the street), bus lines 199 and 345 and public transport to the Ząbki railway station, and from here only 5-7 minutes to Warsaw. The investment has been divided into two stages.
