Osiedle Wola Nowa is a modern residential complex in the western part of Warsaw's Wola district.

Location

The investment is located in Odolany, at ul. Wolska 171-175, occupying the north-western part of the Wola quarter, defined by streets: Jana Kazimierza, Józefa Sowiński, Goleszowska and Wolska. The estate is situated among urban buildings, in the immediate vicinity of vast green areas, it has a convenient location in terms of communication.

The vicinity of the investment

There are a gas station, post office, bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores (Biedronka, Żabka, Carrefour) in the area. Architecture

Wola Nowa is a multifunctional building, divided into three segments: one eight-storey hotel segment and two residential segments of various heights - from 8 to 12 above-ground storeys. The building on the plan has a trapezoidal shape, the architecture is kept in a modernist style. There are commercial and service premises on the ground floor.
