Location

The investment is located in Odolany, within the Wola district, at the intersection of Kasprzaka Street and Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue. The facility is surrounded by large-city buildings, perfectly situated in terms of communication.

Bliska Wola Tower is a multi-functional facility, designed by B.A.U. The investment consists of three towers with a modern shape, high standard of finish, with monumental glazing. The highest tower, 92 meters high, has 27 above-ground storeys. The facility includes 892 apartments, 170 hotel apartments, 380 offices and 33 service premises.
