Park Leśny Rembertów is a large estate which is being built in stages and consists of multi-family buildings. It is located in the north-eastern part of Warsaw, in the Rembertów district, near the main transport arteries and in the immediate vicinity of the Rembertów forest.

Location

The estate was erected at Chełmżyńska Street in the Rembertów district of Warsaw, near the new S17 bypass, national road No. 8 and the junction with the track on the Warszawa Zachodnia - Terespol line. The estate is located in a quiet area, surrounded by vast green areas, mostly built-up with new housing estates.

The vicinity of the investment

There are sports clubs, fitness rooms, private doctor's offices, a Polish Post office, cafes, restaurants, foreign language schools, a church, the Eurocash shopping center, a Kaufland hypermarket, and NZOZ Na Powstańców. There is a Żabka grocery store right next to the investment, and a bit further (650 meters) - Biedronka. The Homepark Targówek Shopping Center with Ikea, Leroy Merlin and MediaMarkt stores is about 6 kilometers away, Auchan hypermarket - about 5 kilometers. Private Primary School Fr. Jerzy Popiełuszko is about 550 meters away from the estate, public primary school no. Little Insurgent - by about 1.4 kilometers. At this distance, there is a private Smyk kindergarten, the American Kids College public kindergarten is located close to 650 meters. Architecture

The two-story buildings of the Park Leśny Rembertów estate were made in a modern style, with a simple shape. The plaster façade is kept in a color combination of shades of white and gray. Metal balcony railings are part of the architectural image of the facade. Plant arrangements, pavements and access roads were made around the buildings. There are commercial premises on the ground floor.

Infrastructure of the estate

The investment area is closed. There are playgrounds for children, a sports zone, indoor and outdoor parking spaces available to residents. The buildings are equipped with silent elevators.

Communication

The estate is located near the main communication arteries - roads no. 631, no. 634, no. 637, which allows especially the exit to the S2 expressway. There are bus stops in the vicinity of the investment, from where you can get, among others, to the metro line M2 Trocka or the Warsaw Gocławek railway station (lines S1, KM).

The area of ​​the housing estate ranges from 23 to 88 square meters. These are premises with a layout from 1 to 4 rooms. Most of the apartments have balconies.
