The modern Scandinavian-style estate Park Skandynawia in Warsaw's Gocław is being implemented in stages, is located in a very convenient location, and is applying for a BREEAM certificate.

Location

The investment is located within the Praga-Południe district, at ul. Jana Nowak-Jeziorański, in the vicinity of Trasa Siekierkowska and Ostrobramska Street. The location is distinguished by a rich urban infrastructure, proximity to green and recreational areas, and convenient connection with other parts of the city.

The vicinity of the investment

In the vicinity of the investment, there are many shops, restaurants, pharmacies, medical facilities, sports and recreational facilities: Park at Balaton, Park Znicza, Park im. col. Jan Szypowski "Leśnik", the Wodnik swimming pool, fitness clubs. Within a radius of 1000 m there are two large shopping centers - Atrium Promenada and King Cross Praga, which include a Carrefour supermarket, Auchan hypermarket, and Cinema City cinema. The nearest educational institutions are Social Primary School No. 10, Primary School No. 312, Primary School No. 246, School Complex No. 5, Primary School No. 375, Primary School No. 185, Kindergarten No. 177, 397, 218, 370, 380.

Architecture

The Park Skandynawia estate was designed by the nsMoonStudio studio. The investment consists of nine buildings, implemented in stages. The buildings are brightly colored and of various heights - six and eight floors. The facility is applying for a BREEAM certificate.

The infrastructure of the estate

In the common parts of the estate there are patios, green plantings, a playground, and an outdoor gym. The residents have at their disposal noiseless elevators, storage rooms, trolleys, parking spaces above ground and a two-story underground car park. For storing bicycles on the estate there are racks and additionally there are boxes in the underground garage.

Communication

The estate is situated near busy streets (Gen. Emil Fieldorfa "Nila" Street, Ostrobramska Street, Gen. Bolesława Wieniawa-Długoszowskiego Avenue), which allows for quick access to other districts and departure outside the city. There are several bus stops in the area - lines 123, 135, 148, 151, 168, 225, 502, 514, 520, 525, N02, N03, N25. Tram stops (trams no. 3, 6, 9, 24) and the Warszawa Gocławek railway station (S1, KM, R7) are about three kilometers away. The area is rich in a network of bicycle paths.
