Lokum Salsa is an estate of multi-family buildings, which is being implemented in stages, located in the Zabłocie district of Kraków, near Płaszów and the main communication arteries.

Location

The investment is located at Klimeckiego Street, in the vicinity of its intersection with Nowohucka Street and DW776 road. This location provides convenient communication with other districts of Krakow and the center. The neighborhood of the estate has a developed service infrastructure and modern buildings.

The vicinity of the investment

Public primary schools No. 28 and No. 29 are located approximately 1.5 kilometers from the estate. There are kindergartens nearby - private Fair Play and Kraina Odkrywcy (within a radius of nearly 500 meters) and local government schools no. 91 (700 meters). In the vicinity of the investment, there are fitness rooms, sports clubs, tennis courts, restaurants and cafes, bank branches, an ice rink, a Laser Entertainment Center, the Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory museum, and the MOCAK gallery. The estate is about 400 meters away from the Żabka and Master grocery stores. About 500 meters from the estate there is the King Square shopping center. The Wisła station park is located nearly 1.3 kilometers from the investment. The nearby Płaszowski Pond and Krak Mound can be reached by car in about 5-10 minutes, and the Zakrzówek Lagoon - in about 15 minutes.

Architecture

The architectural design of the estate was prepared by the Blok Architekci studio. The five-story buildings were built from a simple block in an industrial style, referring to the history of the district. The colors of the clinker facade are a combination of red brick and white. Balcony railings are made of glass and steel.

Infrastructure of the estate

The estate has an open character. There is a recreational space with benches, walkways and street lighting in the two inner courtyards. Underground parking spaces and storage rooms are available to residents. Silent elevators were installed in the buildings.

Communication

The estate is located at the intersection of streets leading to the city center and beyond. You can reach the Old Town by car in about 20 minutes along Klimeckiego Street, over the Kotlarski Bridge. The ring roads, provincial road No. 776 and Zakopianka are located nearby. Bus and tram stops at Kuklińskiego Street are located right next to the estate.

About apartments

The investment's apartments have 2 to 5 rooms. Their area ranges from 35 to 114 square meters. One or two balconies belong to the premises on the floors, private gardens for the apartments on the ground floor. Larger apartments have two bathrooms and an additional toilet.
