Since 2004, we have been creating comfortable and functional apartments as well as commercial and service premises in the center of Wrocław or nearby. We have completed 40 development projects in 9 locations in Wrocław and its immediate vicinity, and 2 development projects in 2 locations in Kraków. We put into service 5.5 thousand. premises with a total area of approx. 285 thousand. m2. Since 2016, we are also present in Krakow. We attach great importance to timeliness and reliability, because we not only build, but most of all make our customers' dreams of their own home come true.
As an investor and a general contractor at the same time, we comprehensively watch over the smooth and fast course of works in our housing estates.
