The Nowy Gdańsk station, located in the Gdańsk-Jasień district, is a vast multi-stage housing estate with its own infrastructure.

The estate is located at Lawendowe Wzgórze Street, in the south-west suburb of Gdańsk. The area is characterized by modern housing development and the proximity of basic commercial, service, recreational and educational infrastructure.

The city center of Gdańsk, located approximately 7.5 kilometers away, can be reached by car in 15-20 minutes. There are bus stops near the investment, from which run, among others, buses no. 120 and no. 156, allowing for non-stop access to the central part of the city.
