About the project
In the vicinity of the investment under construction there is a comprehensive infrastructure: shops, kindergartens, schools, Gdańsk University of Technology, Medical University, faculties of the University of Gdańsk as well as clinics and hospitals. From Kliniczna 1C you can reach the opera or the cinema in just a few minutes. The Energa Gdańsk Stadium is also nearby. It is not far from here to shopping malls and post-shipyard areas, where more and more music clubs and restaurants are being built.
Two buildings will be built as part of the investment: four and six storeys. The designers made sure that they refer to the architecture of Wrzeszcz: they will have mansard roofs and front elevations of a higher standard in shades of white, graphite and brown. A green area with elements of small architecture (benches, baskets, stands) will be built on the property.
The buildings will house 107 apartments with a layout of 1 to 4 rooms. All with a balcony or a garden.
