About investment

The intimate, high-standard multi-family building Przystanek Morena is being developed in the western part of Gdańsk.

Location

The investment is located at Powstania Listopadowego Street, within the Piecki-Migowo district. The area is characterized by modern housing development, proximity to communication junctions and arteries as well as recreational areas, and developed commercial, service, educational and health infrastructure.

Architecture

The four-storey building was built of a simple shape resembling the letter L. The facade was finished with panels in shades of white and gray, panoramic windows and glass balcony railings were made. A representative lobby has been designed on the ground floor.
