About the project
Scena Apartamenty is a small, prestigious, high-standard tenement house. From 1938, this unique place housed the church of the Evangelical commune, and after the war - a cinema. First, Capitol, then Zetempovets, and from 1957 - the cult Cinema Znicz. Architects inspired by history made an attempt to convey the magic of cinema, which is visible immediately after entering the tenement house.
The building consists of only 55 elegant apartments. The staircase decor and designer details create a unique atmosphere. The ground-floor apartments are characterized by high interiors, giving a sense of space. These premises will have individual gardens.
From the outside, the style of the tenement house resembles the buildings in Wrzeszcz and corresponds to the character of the adjacent buildings. Slender lines, glass balustrades of balconies, loggias and high windows of service premises will give the building lightness and a big-city chic. Sloping roofs visible from ul. Szymanowski and bay windows refer to the best architectural traditions of old Wrzeszcz buildings.
