About the project
The multi-stage Perspektywa estate, consisting of city villas and multi-family buildings, is being developed in the central-western part of Gdańsk.
The estate is located on Legnicka Street, at the intersection of the Gdańsk districts Śródmieście, Aniołki and Siedlce, nearly 2.5 kilometers from the Long Market. The area is distinguished by intimate residential buildings, the surrounding of green areas, developed commercial and service, educational and health infrastructure.
The vicinity of the investment
In the vicinity of the estate there are the Suchańska and Gradowa mountains, general Józef Bem park, family allotment gardens, sports centers, sports fields, skate park, fitness clubs, post office, church, hairdressing salons, primary school no.58 (550 meters), private Socrates school , kindergarten Gdańsk Kamieniczka Montessori (800 meters), Secondary School No. VIII, nursery No. 1, primary school No. 14, kindergarten No. 22 (within 1 kilometer).
