The Olchowa estate is located at Migdałowa Street within the Gdańsk district of Ujeścisko, near its junction with the Łostowice district. It is about 6 kilometers away from the center of Gdańsk. Architecture

The houses are made of simple shapes in a minimalist style, they have pitched roofs covered with concrete tiles. The elevations were finished with white plasters, decorative elements in the color of wood were added.
