The investment is located in the Ujeścisko estate, at Cedrowa Street, on a plot of nearly 11 ha with a varied form of land. Each building has its own name, which is a species of local bird. There are photos of birds inside. The investment area is hilly, with green plantings, preserved meadows and an old orchard.
