The vast, multi-stage Idea estate located in the western part of Radom consists of multi-family buildings and semi-detached houses.

Location

The estate is located at Listopadowa Street near the border of Wacyn and Zamłynie districts, nearly 3 kilometers from the city center of Radom. The neighborhood is quiet, with intimate housing, basic commercial, service, educational and health infrastructure. The large communication arteries of the region are located nearby.

The vicinity of the investment

In the vicinity of the estate there are family allotment gardens, walking boulevards Nad Mleczną, numerous medical clinics and a hospital, spa salons, Poczta Polska facility, bank branches, restaurants, church, grocery stores Biedronka (300 meters), Żabka, Południe (within 750 meters) meters), Lidl supermarket and Galeria Sawoy shopping center (1 kilometer), Atrium Gama shopping center (2 kilometers), Echo shopping center with Auchan hypermarket (3.5 kilometers). At a distance of 2.5 kilometers, there are recreational areas and beaches on the Borki Lagoon, tennis courts and a rope park. Architecture

The three-story multi-family buildings and the single-story houses were made in a modern style. A simple body and light shades were used in the façade finish. Decorative elements of contrasting shades and balconies with concrete and metal railings were added to the facades of multi-family buildings. In the arrangement of single-family houses, sloping roofs were designed. Part of the investment includes commercial and service premises on the ground floor.

Infrastructure of the estate

Communication

The center of Radom is reachable within 10 minutes by car. The estate is located near the intersection of Przytycka Street on the provincial road No. 740, national road No. 7 and Generała Leopolda Okulickiego Street. There are bus stops, especially line no. 10, in the close vicinity. The distance from the Radom railway station is nearly 3.8 kilometers.
