The design of the investment was made by the KD Kozikowski Design architectural studio. The style of the horizontally oriented six-story apartment building refers to the historic buildings of the city, with plot divisions and sloping roofs. The façade was in shades of red brick and white, with clinker lining, numerous glazing, and wooden window frames. The interiors of the common areas are made in the Art Deco style.
