An extensive multi-stage estate of multi-family buildings called Wiszące Ogrody is located in the western part of Gdańsk and has an autonomous housing estate infrastructure.

Location

The investment is located within Przytulna, Serdeczna and North Kartuska Streets, near the border of the Gdańsk districts of Jasień, Kokoszki and Matemblewo. The distance from the center of Gdańsk is approximately 11 kilometers. The area with an extensive communication infrastructure allows access to commercial, service and educational infrastructure facilities, as well as extensive recreational areas.

The vicinity of the investment

In the immediate vicinity of the estate there are walking areas by the lake and the Jasień reservoir and the areas of the Tri-City landscape park, fitness clubs, post office, beauty salons, cafes and restaurants, medical centers and a veterinary clinic, Auchan Happy shopping center with MediaExpert, Leroy Merlin and Decathlon (750 meters), educational centers, especially the Children's Smile kindergarten, the "Akademia Malucha" nursery and the Positive Primary School in Gdańsk (nearly 1.8 kilometers), primary school no. Kashubian-Pomeranian Association and primary school no. Jan Brzechwa (within 3 kilometers). The Matarnia retail park with Ikea and Obi stores is located 5 kilometers from the estate.

Architecture

The buildings of the investment have from 5 to 7 floors, they are built of simple shapes in a modern style. Bright shades prevail in the façade finishes of various textures, decorative panels in the color of wood, gabion cladding, glazing, geometric decorative elements, steel balcony railings were also added. In part of the investment, commercial and service premises were built on the ground floor of the buildings.

The infrastructure of the estate

The investment area is closed, numerous plant arrangements, leisure zones, walking paths with elements of small architecture, playgrounds for children have been made here. The estate has its own infrastructure including food and beverage outlets, a beauty salon, a hairdressing studio, a dental clinic, a medical clinic, a "Marchewka" kindergarten and nursery, grocery stores, especially Żabka and Carrefour Express. There will be parking spaces above ground and in the underground garage hall. Silent-running elevators were installed in the buildings.

Communication

The estate is located in close proximity to the Karczemki communication junction at the intersection of Armii Krajowej Avenue, Tricity Beltway and national road No. 7. Access by car to the center of Gdańsk takes 15-20 minutes. There are numerous bus stops next to the estate, the Gdańsk Kiełpinek railway station is 650 meters away, serving the REG and SKM connections.

About apartments

Flats ranging in size from 34 to 85 square meters, including two-level lofts, contain from 1 to 4 rooms and are equipped with balconies, terraces or backyard gardens (on the ground floor).
