Characteristics of the project

Residential complex Grand Turan in Nur-Sultan consists of houses of variable number of storeys, the construction of which is carried out in five stages. The buildings are designed in a unified modern urban style, taking into account the seismic activity of the region.

The new building has a monolithic frame, walls and internal partitions are constructed from gas blocks. High levels of energy efficiency in housing are achieved by using environmentally friendly and durable thermal insulation. The facades are faced with granite (at the ground floor level), clinker bricks and fiber cement panels. Special baskets for the installation of air conditioners are mounted on the facades.
