Residential complex "Generation" will consist of several buildings from nine to twenty floors, designed in a modern style, taking into account the characteristics of the region and local seismic activity.

During the construction, advanced technologies are used, combined with the best quality materials. The construction is carried out in two stages.

The new building has a flat roof, which is equipped with internal gutters and covered with soft roll waterproofing. A reinforced concrete monolithic frame is used as load-bearing elements of the structure. The outer walls are insulated with a durable heat insulator.

For cladding the outer surface of the walls, clinker bricks and a system of ventilated panels are used, which not only have an aesthetic appearance, but also protect the facade from moisture. In addition, such panels are distinguished by a high level of noise and heat insulation and will last at least 35 years without major repairs. Special baskets for the installation of air conditioners are fixed on the facade.

Houses are equipped with:

silent passenger and freight elevators;

fire-fighting system;

the necessary technological equipment;

modern utilities, including a central heating system.
