Location

Zaman residential complex in Karaganda is being built in a dynamically developing and built-up area in the South-East, which creates all conditions for a comfortable life, fruitful work and varied recreation.

The new building is located on the street. Volochaevskaya (Buketova str., 60a) next to the "Karaganda Arena" ice palace and the tennis center, behind the national flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Nearby are the buildings of the Regional Court and the future Akimat of the Karaganda region. The Triathlon Park, the Central Mosque and the Ethnopark are at a distance of two kilometers, and less than four kilometers to the Fedorov Reservoir.

District infrastructure

Nearby there are several shops of various profiles, Kazmart and Goldway shopping centers, Metro grocery hypermarket, boxing center, dental clinic, pharmacy, bank branch. At a distance of three kilometers there is a polyclinic №3, and to the cinema "Sary-Arka" and polyclinic №5 about 3.5 km.

Boarding school № 103, kindergartens "Ak erke", "Altyn besyk" are located within a five-minute walk from the complex. Within a radius of two kilometers there is a kindergarten "AkSaka", a gymnasium school No. 102, an intellectual school "Nazarbayev", a lyceum No. 101, secondary schools No. 15, No. 27, No. 39, No. 59, No. 86.

Transport connection

Not far from the residential complex "Zaman" there is a new four-lane road, along which you can quickly get to any region of Karaganda.

There are two stops 450 meters away, through which the routes of buses No. 19, No. 65, No. 70, No. 146 run. The minimum interval between the arrival of public transport at a stop is ten minutes.

The bus station and railway station "Karagandy-Passenger" are located five kilometers away. Sary-Arka Airport is a 25-minute drive away.

Features of the complex

The residential complex "Zaman" includes two houses from ten to sixteen floors. The developer uses environmentally friendly materials that meet modern quality standards.

The new building is being constructed using classical brick technology. Flat roofs of buildings are equipped with internal gutters and covered with soft roll waterproofing "Technoelast". The foundation of the high-rise building is made of 6-meter-long driven reinforced concrete piles and a strip-monolithic structure 60 centimeters high.

The outer walls of sand-lime bricks are 77 centimeters thick. The facade is insulated with a 10 cm thick layer of mineral wool. At the level of the first floor, the facade is finished with travertine, above it - with facing brick of the M-200 11. The facade is illuminated at night.

The technological equipment of the complex, as well as engineering systems, fully comply with modern standards. The new building is equipped with noiseless elevators with a carrying capacity of 630 kg and a fire alarm. Engineering communications, including the heating system, are connected to the central city networks.
