Building parameters

The foundation consists of a reinforced monolithic slab with 600 mm thick reinforcement. Basement - FBS foundation blocks with a thickness of 600 mm, for the cladding of the basement, the developer uses Burg facade panels. The external brick walls are 630 mm thick. The facade is reliably insulated with Russian-made Technonikol mineral wool slabs.

The houses have an attic space 2.5 meters high. Insulation material above the Ursa floor slab 200 mm. The new building has a gable roof with outdoor gutters, which is covered with Norman MP metal tiles from a Russian manufacturer.

The buildings are equipped with modern technological equipment, a central heating system, internet and cable TV are connected, and a telephone line is installed.

Armored doors with an intercom system are installed at the entrance to the entrances. Entrance groups are equipped with ramps for people with limited mobility.

Beautification

A complete improvement of the local area is planned. The courtyard will be closed to strangers, video surveillance cameras will be installed. Pedestrian paths and driveways for cars are being laid near the houses, ground parking is being built.
