Location

The Headliner residential complex in Nur-Sultan has a good location and is being built on the Left Bank in the Esil district near the intersection of Turan Avenue and E-10 Street. The picturesque Gashyktar Park is just 750 meters away. A rather busy highway passes nearby, nevertheless, in the vicinity of the new building there is a good ecology and many local attractions are concentrated.

Environment

Not far from the new building there are shops, supermarkets, bank branches, pharmacies and medical centers, as well as large shopping and entertainment centers Green Mall, Festival Avenue, Khan Shatyr, Asia Park with the Arman cinema and the Astana Opera.

A 20-minute walk is an alley of restaurants, where dozens of bars, cafes and restaurants with different national cuisines are located. There are many kindergartens and educational institutions near the residential complex. In 5-8 minutes by car there is a gymnasium school No. 17 and the Republican Physics and Mathematics School.

Transport connection

The nearest stop is a five-minute walk away - buses No. 301, 302 and 303 pass nearby. Another stop is 600 meters away - buses No. 29, 61 and 101 run along E-10 street. The minimum public transport interval is nine minutes.

The Nurly Zhol railway station is located at a distance of ten kilometers. Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport can be reached in 22 minutes by car.

Features of the complex

Residential complex Headliner is being constructed in three stages. Three houses ranging from seven to twelve storeys high are designed in a modern style, taking into account the characteristics of the region and in accordance with the new requirements for energy efficiency.

The design of the new building harmoniously combines rigor and premium quality, the facade is designed in brown, white and gray colors, which emphasize the elegance and status of the complex.

Reinforced concrete monolithic frame and monolithic reinforced concrete slab provide high seismic resistance and durability of the structure. External and internal walls are built from aerated concrete blocks. The facade of the new building is insulated with a durable heat insulator. Outside, buildings are clad with hinged ventilated facades, which protect the walls from moisture and have good thermal insulation characteristics.

The halls are decorated with designer finishing in black, white, gray and beige colors. The highest quality materials are used for the decoration of common areas, including porcelain stoneware and marble.

Commercial premises with high ceilings of 4.4 meters will be located on the ground floor of the complex - there will be a separate entrance from the street.

The houses are equipped with modern engineering systems and communications, fire alarms, quiet reliable elevators. At the entrance to the entrance, glazed doors with insulation are installed.
