LCD Triumph Art is a five-section business class building from eight to ten floors, being built using advanced technologies and environmentally friendly materials.

The frame of the house is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. This ensures high seismic resistance of the entire structure. The external walls are constructed of 200 mm thick monolith and 250 mm thick ceramic bricks. The facade of the new building has high energy efficiency - it is insulated with 150 mm thick mineral wool. According to the accepted operating standards, the mineral wool slabs are completely insulated.

Large windows and balcony doors are glazed with energy-efficient double-glazed windows. The reinforced plastic windows of the improved design have triple double-glazed windows, moreover, the space between the glasses is filled not with air, but with inert gas, which only increases the sound and thermal insulation of the housing.

Inter-apartment walls are 250 mm thick and are constructed of soundproofed gas blocks. In the bathrooms, as in the kitchen, natural ventilation is provided according to technical standards. There are special baskets for installing air conditioners outside.

The house is equipped with a fire alarm system, necessary engineering systems and equipment. Each section is equipped with one high-speed elevator. The design of the halls with the use of various decorative elements is planned.

Features of improvement

The residential complex Triumph Art has a courtyard closed from outsiders. The adjacent territory will be divided into functional zones. There are playgrounds with swings and slides, a fenced soccer field with artificial grass, a training ground and cozy recreation areas with gazebos and benches.

Landscaping of the yard is planned - ornamental trees and plants are planted, flower beds are broken. Street lighting fixtures are being installed. Driveways and pedestrian paths are laid across the territory. Places have been allocated for temporary car parking, and an overground parking is being built.
