Location of the new building

Terracotta residential complex in Almaty is being built in Bostandyk district near the intersection of Brusilovskiy street and Abay avenue. The ecology is good here, and about 900 meters to the bank of the Bolshaya Almatinka River.

Surrounding infrastructure

Near the new building there are several branches of different banks, including the Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian Bank, a variety of shops, supermarkets, shopping and entertainment centers, cafes and fast food outlets, restaurants, hotels, beauty salons, a pharmacy and medical clinics.

There are many preschool and educational institutions in the area. Within a radius of one and a half kilometers there is a secondary school No. 140, an electromechanical college, a military cadet school, a nursery school No. 90 and No. 72, a school-lyceum "Turan", schools No. 65 and No. 22, a private school "Arman", a lyceum "Dostar".

Transport accessibility

The nearest stop is no more than 200 meters - along Abai Avenue there are routes of buses No. 3 (night), 25, 34, 57, 92, 118 and 128, as well as trolleybuses No. 5, 19, 25. The minimum interval of public transport is seven minutes ... Sairan metro station is 130 meters from the new building.

The Sairan bus station is less than three kilometers away, and the Almaty-2 railway station is about eight kilometers. The international airport is twenty kilometers away - a trip by car will take 37 minutes.

Architecture and characteristics

The residential complex Terracotta consists of ten houses with a height of sixteen to eighteen floors, the construction of which is being carried out in two stages. The buildings are designed in a modern style and have an attractive appearance.

The new building is being constructed using advanced technologies that will reduce the cost of housing maintenance and ensure high seismic resistance of the structure.

The houses have a monolithic frame and reinforced concrete walls, the facade is insulated with 100 mm thick mineral wool slabs - this material provides good heat and sound insulation characteristics of the property.

The enclosures are equipped with:

modern engineering communications;

reliable fire protection system;

intercom system;

silent high-speed elevators;

central heating system.

There is no gas connection in the complex; instead, electric stoves are installed in the apartments. Work is underway to ensure barrier-free movement of people with limited mobility.

Beautification

The buildings form closed courtyards. The adjacent territory is fully landscaped. Wide driveways for special vehicles and walking paths lined with paving slabs are laid near the houses. Street lighting fixtures are being installed.

An underground two-level parking lot for 500 cars is under construction. For fans of sports games, a playing field with a special coating is being built. Also, playgrounds with swings and slides are being equipped, and green recreation areas with gazebos and small architectural forms are provided for residents.

The lower levels of the complex are reserved for the placement of shops and other commercial facilities.
