About the project

The residential complex “Gúlder” is a modern inexpensive apartment in one of the youngest and most promising areas of the city.

Architecture and Parameters

The new Gúlder complex consists of eight houses from twelve to sixteen floors, designed in the same style, taking into account the local climate and the seismic activity of the region.

Construction work is carried out in several stages, in the first place two buildings with a height of twelve and sixteen floors will be delivered. Each house has a reinforced concrete frame made by monolithic technology, buildings are installed on solid monolithic foundations.

In accordance with the project, the outer walls of the buildings are insulated with an environmentally friendly and durable heat insulator, providing high energy efficiency indicators for housing, which positively affect the cost of its operation.

The facades of buildings are decorated with geometric shapes painted in bright warm colors. Entrance groups are equipped with transparent doors, in the halls finishing works are carried out using multi-colored ceramic tiles. The entrances are equipped with noiseless passenger and passenger lifts.
