Residential complex Grand Town in Almaty is being built in the Auezov district on the street. Kabdolova, 14a, about a kilometer from the Sairan reservoir and the Bolshaya Almatinka river. Residential complex Grand Town consists of four twelve-storey buildings, designed taking into account the seismic activity of the region and the peculiarities of the local climate. The buildings are constructed from environmentally friendly materials, the developer uses advanced technologies to ensure the necessary seismic resistance and energy efficiency of housing.

The project provides for a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. External walls are constructed from gas blocks and insulated with a durable heat insulator. Flat roofs of houses are covered with roll waterproofing and equipped with internal gutters.

Each entrance is equipped with two silent elevators - freight and passenger. The new building is equipped with utilities, including a central heating system, as well as the necessary modern technological equipment.
