Features and parameters of the complex

Residential complex "Ozhet" consists of seven nine-storey buildings, designed in the same style with the use of advanced technologies.

The buildings have a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and a flat roof with steel profiled decking over the metal frame. The housings have the required seismic resistance. The presented housing is distinguished by high performance characteristics and fully complies with modern construction standards.

The outer walls of foam panels are 200 mm thick, which ensures comfortable living conditions at a low cost of maintaining an apartment. Internal walls and partitions are also constructed of foam panels and have a thickness of 160 mm and 80 mm, respectively.

Outside, the buildings are finished with Kmew facade panels, the side surface of the porch is clad with splitter tiles on a metal frame. Night illumination of facades and special external baskets for the installation of air conditioners are provided.

Each section has two silent elevators (freight and passenger). Engineering communications of a modern type are being brought to the new building.
