About the project

The Derzbachhof in Munich-Forstenried was built in 1751. Today it's the oldest farmhouse in Munich. After 40 years of vacancy, it's now being refurbished in accordance with heritage-listed building regulations and the courtyard property is being expanded with the addition of a contemporary residential building.
