The construction company Tride was founded in 2007. Today, it is a growing dynamic organization that carries out large-scale work in the construction market. Since its foundation, Tride has been creating innovative and original projects in which the requirements of modern architecture and apartment construction merge with all the desires and needs of consumers.
The first successful project of Tride is a multi-storey house of modern standard, which is located in Batumi, on Gorgasali street. Already with the help of this first project, Tride managed to gain the trust of consumers because in addition to high-quality construction, the population received purchased apartments in the promised time, which is one of the most serious problems of the construction sector in the country.
In 2010, Tride started construction of the next, larger–scale project - the Digomsky Park residential complex. The construction site of the complex covers an area of 33,500 square meters. In Tbilisi, on Ljubljana street, next to the Digom forest park, 28,800 sq. m of which will remain as a green area after construction is completed. In 2-3 years, Digomsky Park will become an independent residential "green quarter" of Tbilisi that meets European standards, where more than 1,000 families will live and be served by their own infrastructure institutions.
