Original language: PolishI suggest buying from another developer, the project is nice but the company is unreliable, there has been no progress on the construction for two years. Avoid it at all costs.

Original language: PolishI warn against the company HGROUP, 7th Heaven, the company has terrible delays, when buying an apartment I was assured that the completion date was 12.2022!!, the deadline has been pushed back by two years and the contract is structured in such a way that it does not cover the losses incurred by the buyer. I can only hope that my money does not go to waste and that the company completes the investment. I suggest not entering into any contracts with HGroup. If anyone has any questions about this developer, feel free to contact me, I will gladly describe my experience with an unreliable developer.

Original language: RussianI travel a lot. Georgia immediately aroused the desire to live here. When I got to Batumi, I only strengthened my opinion. I decided to choose a small studio in the 7thHeaven complex. I really like that it will be a complex with everything you need. There is no need to go anywhere and look, everything is at hand. Especially fitness and spa.

Original language: RussianAfter the rest in Batumi, they were so impressed that they decided to return and buy an apartment in a new building. Friendly people, warm winter, beautiful nature, sea and mountains - one cannot but admire all these gifts. We opted for the Alley Palace complex. In addition to the pluses, I can not note anything - just a stone's throw from the sea and a lake with singing fountains. Beautiful view from the balcony. Sea air. Acceptable price. Parking and security. Accessible infrastructure for both adults and children.

Original language: RussianI was very interested in the project, great location. Among all the options I am considering, I think I will focus on it. The developer has inspired confidence. I want to thank the Sales Managers for consulting on all the issues that interested me not only on the project, but also in Georgia as a whole.
